Product Introduction
Spin welding is the process by which the plastic parts are rotated at highspeed and the heat generated by the friction between them causes theplastic parts to melt at the contact surface, the spin angle can be set to stopinstantly at a set position, and then the top and bottom parts are pressedtogether by gas cylinder pressure to form a permanent fusion.

Employing a servo drive system, the rotation speed and pressure can be precisely adjusted to ensure uniform fusion of the welding surface, resulting in high weld strength and good sealing performance.
The machine uses an industrial-grade steel frame, equipped with high-precision guide rails and bearings, ensuring stable operation and continuous operation for extended periods with low maintenance costs.
